Welcome to a world of opportunity – let us pay you to become a nurse!
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) are an integral part of the healthcare field, providing primary care to patients and working under the guidance of physicians and registered nurses.

Who is this opportunity designed for?
This opportunity is ideal for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are eager to advance their careers by enrolling in the Practical Nurse program offered by Upper Cape Cod Area Technical School (UCT).
What benefits does Broad Reach Healthcare provide?
Tuition-free education:
We begin by hiring you as a full-time CNA, and then sponsor your enrollment in UCT’s Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program, covering 100% of your tuition costs.
Convenience: You can attend your classes remotely via Zoom at our Chatham facility, allowing you to avoid the commute to UCT in Bourne.
Full pay with reduced hours: While enrolled, you’ll still earn a full-time salary, but only be required to work part-time. This balance provides both the time and financial stability you need to focus on your studies.
Commitment to your future: After completing the program and becoming a licensed nurse, you'll commit to working full-time with Broad Reach Healthcare for three years.
Why pursue an LPN career?
As an LPN, you’ll have a direct impact on patient care. You'll be responsible for implementing care plans, providing treatments, managing medications, educating patients, and overseeing non-licensed support staff. You’ll also collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient outcomes.
When is the LPN program scheduled?
The Practical Nurse program runs annually for 40 weeks, beginning in late August and finishing in mid-June. After graduation, students are eligible to take the NCLEX-PN exam, which is required to become a licensed practical nurse.
What’s the next step after earning your LPN license?
LPN graduates interested in furthering their nursing career can seamlessly transfer into Cape Cod Community College’s Registered Nurse (RN) program. Broad Reach Healthcare extends the same financial support to LPNs aspiring to become RNs, ensuring continuous growth and career development.
