Job Description
As a Home Health Aide, your main responsibility is to provide daily living support and care services to clients in need. Specific job content includes but is not limited to:
1. Personal Care Services: Assist clients with daily personal care, such as bathing, dressing, making beds, combing hair, etc.
2. Mobility Assistance: Assist clients with daily activities, including getting in and out of bed, wheelchair pushing and gait support.
3. Dietary Support: Help prepare simple meals, remind clients to eat on time, and ensure safe diet.
4. Home Environment Care: Perform light housework such as vacuuming, wiping surfaces, laundry, etc.
5. Companionship and Communication: Provide companionship, listen to clients’ needs and voices, help reduce loneliness, and provide emotional support.
6. Medication Management and Reminders: Help clients take medications on time and remind them to follow their doctor’s instructions.
