How the Program Works?
The Training Program consists of two parts covering a total of 7 months. Phase 1 lasts 4 weeks, when you are trained as a Home Support Worker (HSW). Phase 2 is 24 weeks long and provides your Personal Support Worker (PSW) training. Both phases include a combination of instructor-led online classes and hands-on, in-person classes and on-the job learning.
